Returns Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the jewelry you purchased please contact us using the Contact Us link below. if you decide to return jewelry it must be in original condition meaning there can be no sign of wear, incorrect treatment or alteration of the item. You must contact us about a return within 7 days of the day you receive your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and shipping expenses are not refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to US addresses only at this time.
All orders are sent via USPS first class for up to 12 ounces and priority flat rate for over 12 ounces. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. We are not responsible for the order once the shipper takes possession of it so if you want shipping insurance it can be added. To purchase shipping insurance click that category on the home page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Most jewelry items weigh 1 or 2 ounces. Shipping charges start at $6.60 for up to the first 4 ounces and increase slightly up to $7.85 for up to 12 ounces. Flat rate for 12-80 ounces is 18.05.
